Project Management and Drafting

Organizing the communications, strategy, and organization techniques to control the working process throughout a design project can be daunting. Project management is the undertaking of the project execution. Accepting bids, managing sub-contractors, and corresponding with fabricators is part of what is necessary to complete a project from start to finish. Additionally, I provide drafting services using CAD, renderings, specifications and schedules to make sure all the project “i’s” are dotted and “t’s” are crossed. This service will help take some of the stress out of a re-model or new build so you can keep up the excitement of your new possibilities!
